Oil resistance test KS M 6518 Fuel sender, Level sensing

This test measures the oil resistance of Float used for gasoline fuel. It measures the change of weight, dimension (volume) and specific gravity after impregnation with Fuel-D test oil at constant temperature for a certain time.

After 72 hours immersion in room temperature Fuel-D, the weight change rate should be within ± 2%

DIN 53 521 Fuel sender & ORVR

This test is to measure the oil resistance of Float used for plastic hole fuel. It measures the change of weight, dimension (volume) and specific gravity after impregnation with FAM-B test oil at constant temperature for a certain time. (* Gas ​​hole: Auto fuel made by mixing 90% unleaded gasoline and 10% absolute ethanol)

It should be within 5% of the weight change rate after soaking in FAM-B at 60 ℃ for 72 hours.

Pressure resistance test KS B 6212 LPG gauge

After pressurizing 30kgf / ㎠ hydraulic pressure for 15 minutes, the product's appearance deformation and weight change were measured.

The weight change rate should be within 3% after pressurizing 30kgf / ㎠ hydraulic pressure for 15 minutes

High pressure resistance test UL 2227 OPD valve

After pressurizing 50kgf / ㎠ hydraulic pressure for 1 minute, the appearance deformation of the product was observed.

No change in appearance after pressurizing 50kgf / ㎠ hydraulic pressure for 1 minute.

Gas resistance test KS B 6212 LPG gauge & valve

Test gas resistance against LPGas of LPG and OPD products. (Request from external test institute)

No abnormality after standing for 24 hours in -20 ℃, 40 ℃ liquefied petroleum gas liquid and -25 ℃ air
